Clay County, Ky. (August 29, 2019) - The City Of Manchester Fire Department is reporting that: At approximately 10:00 AM on Wednesday morning August 28, 2019 Manchester & Lockard’s Creek Fire Units were dispatched by Clay County 911 to a possible vehicle fire on the Hal Rogers Parkway.
Upon arrival units discovered one vehicle fully involved in fire.
Units were able to extinguish the fire and keep the Parkway open except for one lane the entire time.
Units assisted Allen’s Towing & Recovery with clearing the vehicle and scene with no further incident.
