Attorney General Jack Conway today announced the indictment of a Marshall County man on four counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, a Class D felony. A Marshall County grand jury indicted 42-year-old James Todd Hill on July 14 following an investigation by General Conway's Cybercrimes Unit.
