MANCHESTER, KY (May 15, 2020) - The Manchester Police Department is reporting that: On Monday, May 11, 2020. at or around 12:45 a complaint came in through Clay County 911 in reference to a vehicle belonging to a Mr. Travis Smith.

ASHLAND, KY - A former Deputy Sheriff from Cattlesburg, Kentucky, Patrick Allen Adkins, pleaded guilty in federal court Monday, before U.S. District Court Judge David L. Bunning, admitting that he violated the rights of a woman to be free from unwanted sexual conduct.

WILLIAMSBURG, KY (May 14, 2020) – On the evening of May 12^th while Kentucky State Police Post 11 Troopers were attempting to locate a fugitive in connection to an officer involved shooting occurring in Knox County, a trooper conducted a traffic stop in the Poplar Creek community of Whitley County.    

GRAND RIVERS, KY.  – Monday evening May 11, 2020, a Kentucky State Police Trooper observed a silver 2020 Nissan Altima traveling eastbound at the 31 mile marker on Interstate 24 in Livingston County at a high rate of speed. Trooper James Stewart attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle, but the vehicle accelerated away from Trooper Stewart and began to swerve in an out of traffic.

SOMERSET, KY - According to Sheriff Greg Speck, Adam Waddle, age 23, of Jarvis Avenue, Somerset, Kentucky was arrested for weapons and drug related charges on May 1, 2020.
