FRANKFORT, KY – The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 ruled in favor of Attorney General Cameron and Danville Christian Academy in issuing a statewide preliminary injunction against Governor Beshear’s order banning in-person instruction at religious schools.  The lawsuit was supported by more than one dozen religious schools and over 1,000 Kentucky parents.

FRANKFORT, KY – Attorney General Daniel Cameron on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 announced that a prosecution by his Office of Special Prosecutions led to the conviction of two Kentuckians for sexual crimes against an animal. This case is believed to be Kentucky’s first conviction of bestiality since the General Assembly passed Senate Bill 67, making sexual crimes against an animal a Class D felony.

John Inman, Deputy Landry Collett, and Deputy James Fox arrested Christopher Lee Mason age 33 of Laurel Whitley Rd., Corbin early Friday morning November 27, 2020 at approximately 3:11 AM.
