Pascal Edward "Brother Jim" Gilbert, 74, of Manchester, KY, passed away Wednesday, August 18th, at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. Brother Jim was born in Pittsburg, KY on September 21, 1946, a son of the late William Pascal and Leona Powell Gilbert. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era.

She retired from food service for the Clay County Board of Education and was a member of Hubbard Missionary Baptist Church.
