Mr. Bobby Joe Salyers, age 62 of Blue Hole departed this life on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was born on Saturday, August 30, 1952 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Claude and Hollie Cash Salyers. He was a veteran of the United States Army.

He leaves to mourn his passing his sons: Joey Salyers and Kentay Cash Salyers and these sisters and brothers: Ester Moore, Lillian Salyers, Yiskah Israel, William Salyers, William Ed “Duke” Salyers, Emanuel Salyers, and Kenneth Ray Salyers.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Claude and Hollie Salyers and these brothers and sisters: Wilma Jean Salyers Segar, Jeanette Salyers, Martha Mae Crawford, Matthew Salyers, Samuel Lee Salyers, and Mary Salyers.
Funeral Services for Mr. Bobby Joe Salyers will be conducted on Saturday, August 29 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Salyers Family Cemetery in the Blue Hole Community.
Visitation will be held on Saturday after 11 AM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
