Florene Grubb, 73, of Manchester, was born March 2nd, 1940, passed away Tuesday September 24th, 2013, at her home.
She is survived by her husband, Whittely Grubb, and the following daughters: Sandra Hacker and husband, Jack, of Cincinnati, OH, Christina Grubb, of Manchester, Melissa Sefton and husband, Mark, of Burlington, and Barbara Collins, of Manchester, and Vada Carrol Wagers, the daughter of Whittely.
She is also survived by 6 grandchildren: Chad Grubb, Susan Hacker, Christopher Collins, Shyla Grubb, Ashely Nicole Hacker, Bridgette Lillian Jordan-Grubb, 2 great grandchildren: Logan Grubb and Kaylee Jordon, and the following sisters: Carol Joan Smith, of Clinton, TN, Brenda Campbell, of Hamilton, OH, and Opal Smith.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Theo and Alice Smith, and her son, Michael Grubb.
Funeral services for Florene Grubb will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Britton Funeral Home with Baxter Corum officiating. Burial will follow in the Grubb Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6:00 p.m. Thursday at the Britton Funeral Home.
