Mr. Joseph Lloyd Frazier, age 47 of Manchester, passed away Friday, August 30, 2013 at his home.
He was born September 2, 1964 in Oneida, Kentucky to the union of Elmer and Verla Hornsby Frazier. He was a member of the Church of God Worship Center.
He is survived by his mother: Verla Frazier, his brother: Clark Frazier and Janet Mosley of London, his sister: Judy Frazier Forman of Manchester, his nephews: Jeremy Forman and Andrew Forman, his great niece: Cambria Forman and his great nephew: Colton Forman.
He is preceded in death by his father: Elmer Frazier, and his sister: Betty Lou Frazier.
Funeral Services for Mr. Joseph Lloyd Frazier will be conducted on Monday September 2, 2013 at 3 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Joey Burns and Rev. Brad Stevens will be officiating.
Visitation will be held on Monday after 12 Noon until the hour of service at 3 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
