Golden Jr. Johnson, 62, of Manchester, was born, May 29th, 1951, passed away, Tuesday, July 23rd, 2013 at the Rockcastle Respiratory Care Center in Mt. Vernon.
He is survived by his children: Danny Johnson, of Fall Rock, Jason Wayne Johnson, of Annville, Rodney Frank Johnson, of Georgetown, Sally Crystal Brewer, of Laurel Creek, Sonia Kaye Watkins, of Barbourville, along with five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are three brothers and one sister, A.B. Johnson, of Morning View, KY, Preston Johnson, of Independence, KY, Danny Johnson, of Oneida, and Julia Allen, of Burning Springs.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Golden and Emma Johnson,his wife, Sally Ann Johnson his brother, J.B. Johnson, and one sister, Ima Jean Johnson.
He also leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his death.
Funeral services for Golden Jr. Johnson will be held 2 PM Friday at the Morgan Branch Pentecostal Church with Brad Stevens officiating. Burial will follow in the Lower Saddler Cemetery . Visitation will be after 6 PM Thursday at the church.
