America Gray was born 3-10-1923 to the union of Bill and Sange Gray. She departed this life on 6-28-2013. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Herman Gray, Asher Gray, and one sister, Bertha Henson, and her son Herman Gray.
She leaves surviving three sons, E.C. Gray and wife Ella Gray, Robert Ray Gray, and wife Beulah, both of Martins Creek, and Ford Jr. Gray of Poland, IN. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. She leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, friends and relatives to mourn her passing. She will be laid to rest in the Goose Rock Cemetery at Goose Rock. She is gone but not forgotten. Sadly missed by sons, grandchildren, and all the family.
The Funeral Service will be held 2 PM Tuesday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Shirley Joe Smith and Charlie Murphy officiating. Burial will follow in the Goose Rock Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Monday at the Britton Funeral Home.
