Joan Elizabeth Henson, 38, of Manchester passed away Friday May 10th at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington from a lung illness.
She is survived by her daughter Ashley Henson, her mother, Gladys Marcum, her step-dad,Gary Marcum, and her niece Whitney Smith, all of Manchester.
She is preceded in death by her stepfather Kersley Smith and her brother Curtis Lee Smith.
The Funeral Service will be officiated by Tim Reid and Bobby Stevens.
Visitation: 6 PM Tuesday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel
Funeral: 12 Noon Wednesday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel
Interment: The Minton Cemetery on East Laurel
