Kermit Sizemore, age 73 of Hogskin Road in Manchester passed away on Friday, August 23, 2024 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky. He was born on Monday, October 9, 1950 in Oneida, Kentucky to Lloyd and Verella Bowling Sizemore. He worked in the Coal Mines for Leeco.
He leaves to mourn his passing his children: Sherry Michelle Grubb, Michael Lynn Sizemore, Bettie Marie Sizemore, Symatha Jo O’Neal, Tyrell Sizemore and James Bradley Sizemore, the mother of his children: Tonya Lynn Sizemore, 20 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren as well as his mother: Verella Sizemore. Also surviving are his siblings: Carolyn Harris, Joyce Greene, Winford Sizemore, David Lee Sizemore, Mary Ann Collins, Elmer Lynn Sizemore, Shelia Byrd, Timothy Sizemore and Sherry Loren.
He is preceded in death by his father: Lloyd Sizemore, his sons: Brandon Keith and Kermit Lloyd Sizemore and his siblings: Clayton Sizemore, Gloria Brown and Vickie Zorn.
Funeral Services for Kermit Sizemore will be conducted on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Brad Stevens and Rev. Archie Henson will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Sizemore Cemetery in the Hogskin Comminity.
The family will receive friends and loved ones on Wednesday after 12 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
