Greta Lee Allen Murphy, age 52 departed this life on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at the AdventHealth of Manchester. She was born on Monday, May 29, 1972 in Miami, Ohio to Mason and Thelma Spurlock Allen. She was a substitute teacher and a cheerleader coach.
She leaves to mourn her passing her son: Mark Dalton Murphy, her daughter: Macy Sue Murphy and her grandchildren: Ellie Jane Minadeo and Troy Mason Murphy. Also surviving is her mother: Thelma Allen, her sister: Donna Cochran and her brother: Jeffrey Mason Allen.
She is preceded in death by her father: Mason Allen and her aunt: Lucy Lee Allen.
Graveside services for Greta Lee Allen Murphy will be conducted on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 2 PM at the Paces Creek Cemetery in the Paces Creek Community. Bro. William Hugh Hudson will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Paces Creek Cemetery.
There will not be any visitation held.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
