Lida Brumley, 65, of Manchester, was born, July 16, 1947, passed away, Wednesday, June 25, 2013 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard.
She is survived by her children: Harvey Hubbard, of Manchester, Lonnie Hubbard, of London, Clarence Hubbard, of Little Goose, Edna Jarvis, of Sexton Creek, Ruth Hubbard, of Little Goose, 14 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are these brothers and sisters: Frank Hubbard, of Bar Creek, Wilburn Hubbard, of Laurel Creek, Willie Hubbard, of Corbin, Henry Hubbard, Jr., of Garrard, Sadie Henson, of Hector, Ella Bush, of Gooserock, Wilma Lee Philpot, of London, Wilma Jean Davidson, of Oneida, and Lutha Henson, of Little Goose.
She is preceded in death by two sisters, Doshia Hubbard and Allie Hubbard.
She also leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her death.
Funeral services for Lida Brumley will be 2 PM Thursday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Charlie Hubbard, Don Hubbard, and Mark Bowling officiating. Burial will follow in the Hubbard Cemetery on Island Creek. Visitation will be after 6 PM Wednesday at the Britton Funeral Home.
