Dwain B. Frederick, 79, of Manchester, KY. passed away Tuesday, July 2nd, at the AdventHealth Manchester Hospital. Dwain was born in Brightshade, KY on May 31, 1945, a son of the late Homer and Evelyn Smith Frederick. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and was a retired teacher for the Clay County Board of Education. He was baptized at the Pleasant Run Baptist Church.
Dwain is survived by his wife, Ginny Mefford Frederick of Manchester; and by his nephew, Jody Frederick, and niece, Brenda Hurley.
In addition to his parents, Dwain was preceded in death by his brothers and sister: Dean Frederick, Homer Frederick, Jr., and Juanita Murray.
Graveside Services will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, July 5th at Manchester Memorial Gardens, with Joe Crockett officiating.
