Tennie "Abbie" Grubb, 61, of Manchester, KY, passed away Sunday, February 25th, at the AdventHealth Manchester Hospital. Abbie was born in Manchester, KY on November 11, 1962, a daughter of the late Mearl and Viola Smith Stanley.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Mark Grubb.
Abbie is survived by her children: Marcus (Jane) Grubb of Manchester, Michelle (Abe) Grubb of Manchester, Amanda (Johnny) Gross of Leslie County, Marsha (Wendell) Saylor of London, and Rose (Ben) Webb of London.
She is also survived by her sister, Penny (Doug) Cupp of Burning Springs; her cousin, Sandra Kay Dass; and by her grandchildren: Summer Henson, Autumn Henson, Abigail Henson, Keisha Day, Matthew Grubb, Blake Saylor, Dalson Saylor, Lexis Saylor, Makayla Webb, Logan Webb, and Daniel Webb.
In addition to her husband and parents, Abbie was preceded in death by the following brothers and sisters: Mearl Stanley, Jr., Billy Stanley, Undie Stanley, Rose Smith, and Peggy Jackson.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 29th at Britton Funeral Home, with Brother Todd Martin and Doug Cupp officiating. Burial will follow at the Manchester Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, February 28th at Britton Funeral Home.
