Rufus Smallwood, age 77 passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2024. He was born on Saturday, June 22, 1946 in Manchester to John and Pearlie Hubbard Smallwood.
He leaves to mourn his passing his daughters: Donna Smallwood and Loretta Hicks, his granddaughter: Kendra Finley and her husband: Tyler and his wife Elizabeth Smallwood.
He is preceded in death by his parents: John and Pearlie Smallwood and these brothers and sisters: Fronia Roark, Dexter Smallwood, Kate Smith, Cleo Smallwood, Curnie Smallwood, Beatrice Smith and Marie Wagers.
Funeral Services for Rufus Smallwood will be conducted on Friday, January 12, 2024 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. William Hugh Hudson will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Speed Smith Cemetery in the Goose Rock Community.
The family will receive friends and loved ones on Friday after 12 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
