Larry Wayne Jones, 61, of Manchester, KY, passed away Friday, October 13th, at the Lee County Care and Rehabilitation Center in Beattyville, KY. Larry was born in Manchester, KY on September 2, 1962, a son of the late Felix and Laura Collins Jones.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Powell Jones.
Larry is survived by his daughters: Dakota McQueen and husband Joshua of Manchester, Amanda Hansen and husband Michael of London, and Kendra Waldridge of Manchester.
He is also survived by his grandson, Joshua Hansen; his brothers and sisters: Jimmy Jones of Manchester, Jackie Jones of Manchester, W O Jones of McKee, James Jones of Manchester, Sue Depew of Manchester, Ann Neal of Manchester, and Mary Wagers of Manchester; and by several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife and parents, Larry was preceded in death by the following brothers and sister: Johnny Jones, David Jones, Clay Jones, and Betty Jo Frazier.
Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, October 16th at Britton Funeral Home, with Curtis Wagers and George Davidson officiating. Burial will follow at the Jones Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at 6:00 PM on Sunday, October 15th at Britton Funeral Home.
