Jason Smith, 44, of Manchester, KY, passed away Saturday, September 16th, at the University Of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY. Jason was born in Corbin, KY on October 19, 1978, a son of the late Earl and Deborah Parker Smith.
Jason is survived by his wife, Crystal Herald Smith of Manchester; his children: Brittany Bush and husband Hunter of Georgetown, and Nick Smith of Manchester; and his granddaughter, Anslee Bush of Georgetown.
He is also survived by his sister, Kimberly Bush of Manchester.
In addition to his parents, Jason was preceded in death by his sister, Amy Smith.
Services will be held at 4:00 PM on Thursday, September 21st at Britton Funeral Home, with Brad Stevens officiating. Burial will follow at the Smith Cemetery on Sextons Creek.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Thursday, September 21st at Britton Funeral Home.
