Michael Lewis, 46, of Manchester, KY, passed away Sunday, January 30th, at the AdventHealth Manchester Hospital.
Michael is survived by his father, Thurman Smith, and his brother, Douglas Dewayne Lewis, both of Beech Creek.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Doshia Smith.
Graveside Services will be held on Friday, February 11th at the Hubbard Cemetery on Goose Rock.
Britton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
