Christopher Kelly Sandlin born July 19, 1972 departed this life on Friday December 10, 2021at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky being 49-years old.
Christopher was born at Hazard, Kentucky the son of Rose Combs Sandlin and the late Buford Sandlin. Other than his father, Christopher was also preceded in death by his wife, Tina Marie Sandlin; brother, Ronald Phillip Sandlin; nephews, Buford Dean Sandlin and Phillip Wayne Sandlin; infant son, Ruben Phillip Sandlin. Christopher loved the outdoors and working as a tow truck driver. Christopher loved tinkering with things and building them. Christopher had a loving and giving heart. “We will miss you Chris more than you will ever know."
Christopher Kelly Sandlin leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: mother, Rose Combs Sandlin of Beattyville, KY; life-partner, Becky Campbell of Hazard; son, Christopher Scott Sandlin of Lower Second Creek; daughter, Makayla Rose Sandlin of Bonnyman; sister, Lana Kay Dotson & George of Belfry, KY; nephews, Kenny Sandlin, Jamie Banks, Joey Banks, and Ronnie Banks. A host of cousins, and other relatives and friends survives.
Funeral Services for Christopher Kelly Sandlin will be conducted on Thursday December 16, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Pastor Merrill David Collins officiating. The Interment will follow in the Government Cemetery located at Buckhorn, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Thursday from 12:00 till 1:00 P.M.
