Mrs. Mary Drucy Baker, age 84 departed this life on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at AdventHealth Manchester. She was born on Monday, March 9, 1936 in Manchester to Speed and Mae Davidson Lunsford. She was affiliated with the Clarks Chapel.
She leaves to mourn her passing her children: Peggy Byrd, Lorene Dodson, Virginia Collins, Cora Smith, James Earl Baker, Mildred Blanton and Linda Collett. Also surviving are her grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren as well as her sisters: Ella Feltner and Flossie Bray.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Speed and Mae Lunsford, her husband: Earl, her children: Martha Smith and Butch Baker, her brothers: Hobert Lunsford, Chester Lunsford, Billy Lunsford, Frank Lunsford, Raleigh Lunsford, Leroy Lunsford and her sisters: Lucy Bishop and Evelyn Stewart.
Graveside services for Mrs. Mary Drucy Baker will be conducted at 1 PM on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at the Brown Mission Cemetery in the Laurel Creek Community.
There will not be any visitation.
