Ryhan S. Adams, 43, of Smilax, Kentucky departed this life on November 22, 2020. He was born August 20, 1977 in Hyden, Kentucky, the son of Burley Adams and the late Barbara Shepherd Adams. He enjoyed drawing and writing. Above all, he enjoyed playing the guitar and singing.
In addition to his mother, Ryhan was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ralph Adams.
Ryhan leaves surviving, his father, Burley Adams of Manchester, KY; a brother, Neal Adams of Combs, KY and a sister, Brittany Adams of Hazard, KY; special niece, Leila McCleary; paternal grandmother, Leila Adams of Smilax, KY; maternal grandmother, Eadle Shepherd of Smilax, KY; uncle, Donald Shepherd (Shawanna) of Wooton, KY, two aunts, Phyllis Coots (Allen) of Cutshin, KY, Claudette Campbell (K.L.) of Hazard, KY. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends survive.
Visitation & Funeral will be conducted at the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Joe Lewis officiating. Interment will follow in the Adams Family Cemetery at Smilax. In accordance with the mandates set forth by Gov. Beshear, all services will be private.
Arrangements are being handled carefully under the direction of Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home.
