Obituary for Gloria Annette (Mills) Ellenburg

Gloria Annette Ellenburg age 64 of Barbourville departed this life on Thursday, June 4, 2020 in the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington. She was the daughter of Clinton Mills and Geneva (Sizemore) Mills born to them on April 1, 1956 in Pineville, Kentucky. Gloria enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren, shopping and dining out. She was a member of the Springfield Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her mother Geneva and one brother Donnie Mills.

Left behind to mourn her passing, her lifelong partner, James Farmer, her father Clinton Mills of Barbourville, two daughters, Sheila Hood of Barbourville and Angela Williamson and husband Lonnie of Bimble, one brother, Charles Mills and wife Hazel of Bimble, and a sister, Reda Morgan and husband Phillip of Barbourville, five grandchildren, Whitney Mills, Casey Smith and husband Brian, Jeremiah Williamson, Sadie Rae Williamson and Londa Holder and husband Rand, nine great grandchildren, Malaya Smith, Baylie Smith, Connor Fischer, Carson Fischer, Caisyn Jarvis, Nehemiah Williamson, Ethan Holder, Emma Holder and Carter Holder, and gorgeous’s special friends, Madie, Ali and Charli Beth. She also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews to mourn her passing.

Funeral services for Mrs. Gloria Ellenburg will be conducted on Sunday, June 7, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Scott Phipps officiating. Pallbearers will be, Lonnie Williamson, Gary Patterson, Johnie Hollin, Jeremiah Williamson, Brian Smith, Cody Mills, Dylan Mills and Phillip Morgan. Honorary pallbearers are, Dr. Vora and staff, Dr. West and staff, ARH staff and Baptist Hospital nurses, doctors and staff. She will be laid to rest in the Sizemore Cemetery at Bimble, Kentucky. Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.

Friends will be received at the Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home on Saturday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
