Deanna Gail Morgan born August 7, 1974 in Hyden, KY., the daughter of Kathy Jean Woods Morgan Trout & the late, Kenneth Morgan. She passed away Sunday, April 12, 2020 at the age of 45. By occupation she had worked in restaurants. She was a graduate of Culinary School. Deanna enjoyed cooking & spending time with her family.
Deanna was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Morgan. She is survived by her loving mother, Kathy Jean Morgan Trout & her husband, George of Lexington, KY. 1 beloved son, Gunnar Winburn of Louisville, KY., 1 beloved daughter, Katie Mann of Louisville, KY., 1 brother, Kenneth Alan Morgan of Michigan & a host of aunts, uncles & cousins survive.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
