Billie Jo Parman was born January 19, 1968 in Laurel County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late William and Ann Maria Parman.
She is survived by her husband Jack Ralph Litteral of Georgia; two daughters: Nicole Lawson (Donald), and Jessica Litteral (Daniel Chaney), all of London; two siblings: Shelia Helen Disque of London, and Walter Weigand of Cincinnati, Ohio; two grandchildren: Natalie Medlin and Ryan Medlin; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
She was a caregiver and of the Baptist faith.
Billie Jo Parman departed this life Wednesday, February 26, 2020 being 52 years, 1 month, and 7 days of age.
A memorial service will be held at a later date and will be announced by Bowling Funeral Home.
