Bernice B. Rader, age 89, of Fogertown, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at Baptist Health in Corbin.
She leaves behind four children, Mike Rader & wife Brenda of London, Sheryl Smith of London, Clyde (Doc) Rader of Manchester, Debbie Rader of Manchester; two sisters, Daisy Brock of LaCanada, CA, Ada McKinney of Camby, IN; ten grandchildren, Leslie Cobb, Shonnie Rader, Chris Hubbard, Darrin Hubbard, Preston Smith, Mitzi Alsip, Christy Tankersley, Michael Morris, Craig Bowling, Tammy Harrison; eleven great-grandchildren, Alex Rader Brock, Austin Rader, Aaron Rader, Katlyn Hubbard, Emilie Hubbard, Darrin (Bub) Hubbard, Will Alsip, Isaac Alsip, Jake Tankersley, Graycie Tankersley, Jackson Morris; three great, great grandchildren, Ryder Whitley, Saige Paris, Griffin Brock; the step-father and step-papaw to her children and grandchildren, Ben (Casey) Cupp, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Rader Jr; her parents, Hansford and Sarah Baker Benge; five siblings, Ray Benge, Clarence (Big Deal) Benge, Arnold Benge, Arthur Benge, Joyce Benge Young; her grandchild, Casey Renee Morris.
Bernice was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in London. She loved her grandkids, her Ipad, and enjoyed reading and cooking.
Funeral services for Bernice Rader will be held on Friday, February 21, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Dr. Terrell Bradley officiating. Burial will follow at the Benge Cemetery in London.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 21, 2020 beginning at 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour also at the funeral home. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
