Marjorie Opal Creech, age 91, of London, KY passed away Friday, October 25, 2019 at the Laurel Heights Home for the Elderly.
She leaves behind one son, Terry Edsel Creech & wife Melissa of London; five grandchildren, Justin Taylor, Kendra Taylor, Caitlyn Taylor, TJ Taylor, Kelly Taylor; seven great-grandchildren, Bryan Evans, Jasmine Wilson, Ryan Taylor, Hayden Taylor, Kindra Cole, Amanda Robinson, Payten Lawson; two great-great grandchildren, Ezra Robinson, Armina Cole; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Arthur Creech & Viola Parman Creech; one daughter, Scottie Gerri Taylor; four siblings, Billie Johnson, Willard Creech, two infants; one grandchild, Robin McWhorter.
Opal was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Star of Bethlehem Church. She worked at Caron Spinning company in the payroll department for over 25 years but more importantly, she was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be missed by all.
Funeral services for Marjorie Opal Creech will be held on Monday, October 28, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Johnny Shell officiating. Burial will follow at Early Cemetery on Honeysuckle Lane in London, KY. The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at 6:00 pm also at the funeral home. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
