Jerry Caldwell, 61, of Walker, KY, passed away Monday, August 13th, at the Hazard ARH Hospital.
Jerry was born in Beverly, KY on August 20, 1956, a son of the late Ada Lee (Wilder) and Colson Caldwell.
Jerry is survived by four daughters: Kathleen Caldwell of Walker, Eugenia Reames and husband Steve of Mount Victory, OH, Crystal Roark and husband Joshua of Leslie County, and Savannah Caldwell of Walker; and three sons: Jerry Caldwell and wife Keisha of Owensboro, Colson Caldwell of Walker, and Billy Caldwell and wife Tasha of Madera, GA.
Jerry is also survived by his sisters: Sharon Caldwell of Beverly and Kathleen Hocker of Hamilton, OH; and by 13 grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Colson and Ada Caldwell, Jerry was preceded in death by his daughter, Sharon Caldwell, and his brother, Eugene Caldwell.
Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
