Loretta Collins, 43, of London, KY, passed away Sunday November 6th, 2016 at her home.
She is survived by her Mother Virginia Chadwell, her longtime boyfriend Randy Younts, and a special friend Monica McFadden.
She is preceded in death by her father Letch Chadwell and her brother Willie Chadwell.
The funeral service will be held 2 PM Tuesday November 8th, 2016 at the Dobson Cemetery at Horse Creek with Monica McFadden officiating.
