Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Josh Scott arrested a male subject of James Gibson Rd., Manchester on Saturday afternoon, May 7, 2016, at approximately 3:11 PM.
Arrested was: Michial Williams, age 45.
The arrest occurred off Philpot Road, approximately 5 miles south of London after this subject was charged on a Clay County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court on charges of public intoxication – controlled substances; disorderly conduct – first-degree; and indecent exposure – first-degree – first offense.
This subject was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
