Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Sgt. Larry Parrott along with Deputy Shannon Jones arrested Gary Ehrgott age 60 of Timberland Cir., Corbin early Saturday morning April 30, 2016 at approximately 2:31 AM.
The arrest occurred on US 25 approximately 9 miles south of London after Sgt. Parrott observed a blue colored Pontiac Montana weaving badly on the roadway and conducted a traffic stop.
Deputies detected a strong odor of alcoholic beverages emitting from this subject.
This subject admitted to drinking beer, taking Oxycodone and also stated he took 2 Trazodone tablets. This subject was determined to be under the influence.
This subject was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
