(Albany, KY.) - 28-year-old Ricky Lee York, of Celina TN, was arrested on Thursday, March 17th, 2016 in the limits of Albany.
York was charged with Arson 1st Degree, 3 counts of Wanton Endangerment, Criminal Mischief 1st Degree and 3 counts of Attempted Murder.
York was charged in connection to a residential fire that occurred on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 77 Old Ky Road in Clinton County. 3 persons were at home in the residence at the time of the fire. No one was injured. The home was a total loss.
York is lodged with no bond, in the Clinton County Jail. The investigation is ongoing. Post 15 Arson Investigator Alex Wesley is investigating.
