Meridian, Idaho - On Saturday, March 5, 2016, at approximately 4:02 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a hit and run crash eastbound I-84 at milepost 44 in Meridian.
A silver 2004 Cadillac, driven by Nelida Carrillo Terriquez, 24, of Nampa, had crashed into the median barrier.
Witnesses at the scene were able to provide information of a second vehicle involved in this crash. The suspect vehicle is described as a black or dark blue box style SUV.
