Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Detective Jason Back arrested three individuals off Arthur Ridge Road, approximately 8 miles north of London on Monday afternoon, February 29, 2016, at approximately 2:59 PM.
The arrests were the result of an investigation conducted by Sheriff's deputies where three wanted subjects were found during the investigation.
Arrested was: Timothy Simpson age, 33, West HWY. 1376, East Bernstadt, charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court regarding charges of theft by unlawful taking; resisting arrest; and public intoxication – controlled substances.
Also arrested was: Jr Brock, age 31, of HWY. 3094, London, charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court regarding charges of operating on suspended or revoked operators license and numerous other traffic violations.
A third person arrested was identified as: Brittany Noble, age 25, of Blair Road, Tyner, KY, charged on two outstanding warrants including a bench warrant from Owsley County for failure to appear in court on numerous traffic violations, a Jackson County bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of operating on suspended or revoked operators license and other traffic violations and a criminal summons from McCreary County charging theft by deception.
All three individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center. Assisting on the investigations and arrests were: Sheriff John Root, Maj. Rodney Van Zant, Capt. Chuck Johnson, Lieut. Greg Poynter, Sgt. Brett Reeves, Detective Kevin Berry, Cpl. Jack Caudill, Deputy Cody Faulconer, Bailiff Jason Bowden, and Bailiff Robert Reed. Investigation will be continuing.
