(Winchester, KY) – The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post arrested a Clark County man on Tuesday, February 16, 2015, following the execution of a search warrant at his residence.
David U. Brush, 34 years old, of Winchester was arrested as a result of the investigation and is charged with Distribution of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor 1st Offense, Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Minor (U/18), and Possession of Marijuana. David Brush is lodged in the Clark County Detention Center.
The ongoing investigation is being conducted by KSP Detective Michael Keeton.
