(FRANKFORT, KY.)--- The Kentucky State Police recognized the promotion of 16 officers throughout the state at a ceremony held on Friday, February 12, 2016 in Frankfort. One lieutenant colonel, one major, two captains, two lieutenants and 10 sergeants were commissioned.
Major John Bradley was promoted to lieutenant colonel and assigned to the Technical Services Division as director. A resident of Frankfort, Bradley is a 20-year veteran of the agency.
Capt. Shane Bates was promoted to major and transferred from the Criminal Identification and Records Branch to the Technical Services Division as Chief Information Officer. A resident of Crestwood, Bates is an 18-year veteran of the agency.
Lt. Curt R. Hall was promoted to captain and transferred from Post 7 in Richmond to the Internal Affairs Branch in Frankfort.
A resident of Richmond, Hall is a 16-year veteran of the agency.
Lt. Richard P. Saint-Blancard was promoted to captain and transferred from Post 6 in Dry Ridge to the Central Laboratory Branch in Frankfort. A resident of Petersburg, Saint-Blancard is a 10-year veteran of the agency.
Sgt. William H. Elliotte was promoted to lieutenant and transferred from Post 11 in London to Post 7 in Richmond. A resident of the Whitley/Knox Co. area, Elliotte is a 20-year veteran of the agency.
Sgt. John C. Hollon was promoted to lieutenant and transferred from Post 9 in Pikeville to Post 6 in Dry Ridge. A resident of Jackson, Hollon is a 12-year veteran of the agency.
Sr. Tpr. Kenneth S. Wall was promoted to sergeant and transferred from Post 12 in Frankfort to the Facilities Security Branch. A resident of Lawrenceburg, Wall is an eight-year veteran of the agency.
Sr. Tpr. Kenneth R. Sandusky was promoted to sergeant and transferred from Post 7 in Richmond to Post 15 in Columbia. A resident of Richmond, Sandusky is an eight-year veteran of the agency.
Tpr. First Class Leslie T. Moses was promoted to sergeant and transferred from Post 11 in London to Post 5 in Campbellsburg. A resident of Williamsburg, Moses is a 13-year veteran of the agency.
Tpr. First Class Jason E. York was promoted to sergeant and transferred from Post 10 in Harlan to Post 5 in Campbellsburg. A resident of Barbourville, York is a 15-year veteran of the agency.
Sr. Tpr. Cassandra J. Mullins was promoted to sergeant and transferred from the Academy Branch to the Criminal Identification and Records Branch in Frankfort. A resident of Lawrenceburg, Mullins is a seven-year veteran of the agency.
Tpr. First Class Michael E. Garyantes was promoted to sergeant and transferred from Post 4 in Elizabethtown to Post 5 in Campbellsburg.
A resident of Cecilia, Garyantes is a 12-year veteran of the agency.
Tpr. First Class James A. Nolte was promoted to sergeant and will remain assigned to Post 9 in Pikeville. A resident of Canada, Ky., Nolte is a 16-year veteran of the agency.
Tpr. First Class Zachary L. Jones was promoted to sergeant and transferred from Post 16 in Henderson to Post 6 in Dry Ridge. A resident of Owensboro, Jones is an 11-year veteran of the agency.
Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Officer First Class Randall A. Honeycutt was promoted to CVE sergeant and transferred from CVE Region 2 in Louisville to CVE Region 4 in London. A resident of Albany, Honeycutt is a 14-year veteran of the agency.
Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Officer II Larry W. Farris was promoted to CVE sergeant and transferred from CVE Region 5 in Morehead to CVE Region 6 in Pikeville. A resident of Pikeville, Farris is a 10-year veteran of the agency.
