Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Detective James Sizemore arrested Billie Eversole age 27 of Star Hill Rd., London on Thursday afternoon October 21, 2015 at approximately 1:39 PM.
The rest occurred after this subject was charged on a Laurel Circuit Court indictment warrant charging operating a motor vehicle under the influence – 4th offense; driving on DUI suspended license – first offense; failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance; no operator's license; failure to wear seatbelts; failure to produce insurance card; and persistent felony offender II.
This subject was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
