Manchester, KY - MPD is reporting that on Friday, September 18, 2015 at approximately 7 a.m. Assistant Chief Patrick Robinson received a complaint of a suspicious person.
Upon arrival Officer Robinson met with Desmond E. Thompson age 39 of Manchester. Through investigation, it was discovered that Desmond Thompson was wanted for Bail Jumping.
Desmond Thompson was arrested and charged with Bail Jumping, Persistent Felony Offender, and three Failure to Appears for Court.
