Laurel County, Ky. Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Josh Scott arrested Joshua Collins age 19 of Nance Durham Rd., Middlesboro, Ky on Wednesday morning July 22, 2015 at approximately 10:50 AM.
The arrest was the result of a Bell County bench warrant of arrest charging him with theft by unlawful taking $10,000 or more.
Allegedly, this subject was an employee of a furniture company and he unlawfully took more than $28,000 worth of furniture between June 16, 2015 through July 11, 2015.
Middlesboro Police Department investigated.
Joshua Collins was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
