Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Andrew Lawson along with Deputy Mikey Ashurst were dispatched to a domestic violence complaint off Pine Top Road, approximately 2 miles west of London early Saturday morning March 7, 2015 at approximately 4:46 A.M..
When deputies arrived at the scene they learned that a husband and wife had apparently been involved in an altercation with each other in the presence of their six-month-old baby.
Both subjects were arrested and are identified as Denver Wells age 33 and Amanda Wells age 31 both of Pine Top Road, London, KY both charged with assault – fourth degree – domestic violence and were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
