Manchester, Ky. - MPD is reporting that on Thursday, February 12, 2015 Manchester Police Officer Kelly Johnson received a complaint of an intoxicated male in the Appalachian Wireless store in the Manchester Square Shopping Center.
Upon arrival Officer Johnson located Harry Henson under the influence.
Henson was charged with public intoxication and lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
