(Bardstown, Ky.) — On March 19, 2014, former Bardstown Police Officer was indicted by a Nelson County Grand Jury.
Tony Satterly, 45, of Bardstown, was indicted on 10 counts of attempting to obtain or obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, forgery or misrepresentation.
The indictment comes after a three month investigation by Kentucky State Police West Drug Enforcement Special Investigations Branch.
