(Carlisle, Ky.) – Kentucky State Police Post 6 in Dry Ridge and the Nicholas County Sheriff's Office have arrested three male individuals in Nicholas County.
They have been charged in connection with rock throwing incidents on US 68 in Nicholas County.
The individuals were throwing rocks at commercial vehicles while driving down the road.
No one was injured in any of the incidents. Information from witnesses helped aid in the arrests.
Cody R. Baker, 20, of Cynthiana, Ky., John W. Guy, 19, of Mt. Olivet, Ky. and Stacey J. Pergram, 26, of Carlisle, Ky., have all been charged with Wanton Endangerment 1st and Criminal Mischief 1st degree.
The Nicholas County Sheriff has several other charges pending on these three individuals.
They have been lodged in the Bourbon County Detention Center in Paris.
