FRANKFORT, KY — Republican Party of Kentucky Communications Director Andy Westberry released the following statement regarding the first 100 days of the Trump administration.
"President Trump entered office with a mandate to restore common sense, secure our borders, and rebuild American strength. In just 100 days, he has done exactly that—and Kentuckians are already seeing the results.
"Illegal crossings at the southern border have dropped 99%. Inflation is down, wages are rising, and more than 130 nations are rethinking the broken trade deals that have hurt American workers for decades.
"For Kentucky, his executive order declaring coal a strategic national asset is a game changer—powering jobs across multiple industries. His administration also delivered fast, effective FEMA relief to flood-hit communities across our state—swift enough that even Gov. Beshear took notice.
"President Trump isn’t governing for headlines—he’s building a stronger future and remaining steadfast in his plan to Make America Great Again. He’s focused on results, not red tape. And unlike career bureaucrats, he’s not afraid to disrupt the system to get things done.
"These first 100 days prove President Trump is delivering for Kentucky."
