Responding to the call were Chief Deputy Clifton Jones, Deputy Dewey Grubb, and Deputy Darrell Goins, who located the vehicle described as a black Tahoe.
The two male occupants were identified as: The driver, Marshall R. Hubbard, 32, and passenger, Frankie Estep, 36, both from Manchester, KY.
Both individuals were found to exhibit signs of impairment, including slow slurred speech and bloodshot, glassy eyes.
During the investigation, deputies discovered stolen wires inside the vehicle.
The suspects were arrested and transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
