Kentucky Attorney General Coleman Announces Domestic Violence Indictment

FRANKFORT, KY – Attorney General Russell Coleman on Thursday announced that action by the Attorney General’s Special Prosecutions Unit resulted in the indictment of Logan Enoch, 36, on a domestic violence charge.

On Tuesday, August 20, 2024, a Graves County Grand Jury indicted Logan Enoch on one count of:

  • Assault Second Degree
  • Domestic Violence (Class C Felony)

Also, according to the indictment, Enoch unlawfully caused:

  • A serious physical injury to the victim

Logan Enoch's bond is set at $5,000, and he will next appear in court on October 28th.

The Mayfield Police Department investigated the case. Special Prosecutions Unit Executive Director Tim Cocanougher presented the case to the Graves County Grand Jury on behalf of the Commonwealth.

The charges in an indictment are allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
