MANCHESTER, KY -- The Manchester Police Department (MSP) is reporting that on Thursday, August 15, 2024, Assistant MPD Chief A. Dodson along with Officer J. Smith arrested Travis R. Lovins of Manchester, KY.
Assistant MPD Chief A. Dodson on Thursday served Travis R. Lovins, age 28, of Manchester, KY with a warrant for his arrest regarding a theft in East Manchester, KY.
After being taken into custody, the suspect was transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
According to this same MPD report, Lovins was also arrested earlier in the week by Manchester PD on a warrant for stealing mail off a porch.
Travis Lovins was charged with:
- BURGLARY, 3RD DEGREE
- TBUT OR DISP ALL OTHERS $1,000 < $10,000
- CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 3RD DEGREE
- PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER II
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
