LAWRENCEBURG, KY – The Kentucky State Police Post (KSP) are reporting that an Anderson County man has been indicted for Murder after an investigation by KSP Post 12, Frankfort.
On Tuesday, July 23, 2024, the Anderson County Grand Jury indicted Wilby Chasteen Ward, Franklin County Regional Jail, from Anderson County, KY for:
- Murder
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 2nd offense
The indictment stems from a collision that occurred on November 10, 2023, on Bonds Mill Road in Anderson County. Wilby Ward was operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and crashed, claiming the life of passenger Allison Brock, 23 years of age, also from Anderson County.
Wilby Ward is lodged in the Franklin County Regional Jail on a $500,000.00 bond.
