LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Bobby Roberts arrested Jackson Warner age 26 of London on Sunday night July 14, 2024 at approximately 10:49 PM.
The arrest occurred off American Greeting Card Road, approximately 8 miles South of London while deputies dispatched by London – Laurel County 911 Communication Ctr. were investigating a complaint where it was alleged that two individuals were supposed to be fighting.
While deputies were at the scene an individual allegedly involved pulled into the driveway in his gray colored Chevrolet Trax.
Deputies conducted an investigation noting that the odor of alcoholic beverages was emitting from the driver. This individual was determined to be under the influence.
Jackson Warner was charged with:
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
